JOB DETAILS:
Duties & Responsibility
• Stock and Financial management of Depot
• Responsible to achieving business plan and activities Manage the Agro Dealer, AMCOs, Big Farmers (Plantations)
• Selection and appointment of Agro
• Dealers and other channels Regular presence at Depot and focus on development activities Commercial & institutional farmers visit and support them
• Plan and oversee the depot stock & performance tracking of Depot’s daily, weekly, monthly and final annual outcome
• Co-ordinate with extension officers to promote the MMFL products Alignment with Seed and Agchem companies to support farmers
• Executing Agronomic activity of the assigned depot and regions
• Executing and monitoring of Branding and Marketing Disciplined reporting

• Qualification/ Education Degree in Agricultural Sciences and Qualification in Sales and Marketing Holding a valid driving license for Motorcycle
• Experience Minimum 5 Year experience in Agri input Sales, Marketing & Business Development in Tanzania, Fertilizers (Crop Nutrition) experience would be preferred)

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
