Twyford is seeking talented and experienced Human Resources professionals to join our growing team. We have four (4) openings across various specialization levels within Performance, Compensation & Benefits, and Recruitment. Responsibilities or duties:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s performance management system.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timeliness, fairness, and transparency.
• Support line managers in setting KPIs, targets, and competency frameworks aligned with company goals.
• Analyze performance data to identify talent gaps and training needs.
• Provide feedback and coaching support to departments to improve team performance.
• Prepare performance reports and propose reward or development recommendations.
• Assist in building a high-performance culture through communication and training initiatives.

Qualifications or requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Skills: Familiarity with HR systems and platforms, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
