Interchick is seeking a Zonal Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the assigned area. The role involves developing sales and marketing strategies, managing a sales budget, building partnerships, and ensuring optimal stock supply.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a sales budget & managing operations
- Building strategic partnerships
- Ensuring credible business database
- Developing an engaged team
- Ensuring prompt payment banking
- Driving zonal project accountabilities
- Preparing reports and presentations
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or a Business related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry
- Proven analytical and leadership skills
- Strong program/project management experience
- Strategic thinker
- Clean & Valid Driving license
