About Kasulu Sugar Project
Kasulu Sugar Project is an industrial agricultural initiative operating in Mufindi under Mufindi Paper Mills Ltd, Tanzania, dedicated to sustainable sugar production and operational excellence across its agricultural, fleet, and processing operations.
Position Overview
We are recruiting two (2) proactive Workshop Supervisors to manage daily mechanical workshop operations. You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance, assigning repair tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring all company assets remain in optimal working condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Workshop Operations: Supervise daily workshop activities to ensure repairs and maintenance schedules are executed efficiently.
- Task Allocation: Plan, schedule, and assign mechanical work orders to workshop technicians and support staff.
- Asset Maintenance: Guarantee that all company vehicles, tractors, and heavy machinery are serviced to corporate quality standards.
- Tools & Inventory Management: Monitor workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts availability to prevent operational delays.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven supervisory or management experience in a busy mechanical workshop or fleet maintenance facility.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of automotive, tractor, or heavy equipment mechanics and workshop procedures.
- Skills: Demonstrated leadership ability, workflow coordination, time management, and technical troubleshooting skills.
