Role Context

The Head Butler will be responsible for overseeing all butler services, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities.

• Supervise and manage the butler team, providing training and guidance.
• Ensure all guest requests and needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain impeccable standards of service and presentation within guest areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage inventory of butler supplies and amenities.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Proficiency in relevant hotel management software is a plus.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within luxury hospitality.
• Experience as a butler or in a similar guest-facing role.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
