Job Overview:

We are seeking highly experienced Waiters/Waitresses to provide professional, attentive, and personalized table service. You will be a key ambassador for the restaurant, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.
• Handle billing and payment processing accurately.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-set dining area.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in an upscale restaurant or hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining service etiquette.
• Professional appearance and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
• Fluent English speaking skills are non-negotiable.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
