Job Summary:

The Usher will be the frontline of customer service for the Osborns Exhibition, ensuring that all attendees have a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with event information and wayfinding.
• Direct attendees to specific venues, seats, and exhibits.
• Distribute programs, handouts, and other materials.
• Monitor venue capacity and manage crowd flow.
• Assist with emergency procedures and ensure guest safety.
