Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tyre Supervisor to lead our fleet tyre management and maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing tyre inspections, rotations, repairs, and inventory tracking, ensuring optimal fleet performance, minimal downtime, and strict safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Supervision: Oversee and coordinate all daily tyre fitting, balancing, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor tyre wear, conditions, and performance metrics across the fleet to optimize replacement schedules.
- Inventory & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate tyre logs, track inventory levels, and prepare regular operational reports.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with internal company standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide tyre technicians to maintain high workmanship standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in tyre management, maintenance, or fleet technical services.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of tyre inspection, fitting, rotation, repairs, and pressure management procedures.
- Skills: Strong leadership, practical problem-solving, and clear communication abilities.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high safety standards.
