BACKGROUND

Mbeya Cement Company Limited, a member of the Amsons Group, is inviting qualified and eligible candidates to apply for its Technicians and Graduates Trainee Program 2026–2027.

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates who have completed the following courses between 2024 and 2026 are eligible to apply:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Diploma in Laboratory Science and Technology.
• Diploma or Degree in Health & Safety.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Material Management.
