We are seeking a Technical Director to oversee maintenance, engineering, and facility operations. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Oversee maintenance, engineering, and facility operations
  • Ensure equipment and systems run safely and efficiently
  • Manage technical staff and preventive maintenance plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Prepare reports and manage budgets
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Fluent in English & Swahili
  • Age 25-50
  • Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role (hospitality/resort preferred)
