Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Supervisor position include overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house team, coordinating and delegating tasks to cashiers, barmen, and waiters, monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction, training and mentoring new staff members, handling guest complaints and resolving issues professionally, managing shift schedules and ensuring adequate coverage, maintaining inventory and supply levels, and reporting operational performance to management.
Requirements
Fluent in English
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the relevant position
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
