Supervisor

Reports to: FB Manager

Role Summary:

Oversee daily floor operations, supervise service staff, and ensure excellent guest experience during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate waitstaff, hosts, and support teams.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure service standards.
• Handle opening/closing procedures, cash-ups, and shift reports.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety rules.
• Assist in training new team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–3 years supervisory experience in restaurant/cafe/lounge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
• Basic knowledge of POS and reservation systems.
