JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
Manage receipt, storage, issue of all goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive deliveries, verify quantity/quality against LPO.
- Maintain FIFO system (First In, First Out).
- Record all issues to kitchen, housekeeping, bars.
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts.
- Keep store locked, clean, pest-free, temperature-controlled.
- Reorder alerts when stock hits minimum level.
Requirements:
Computer literacy (Excel/stock software); honest, organized.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: high school
