JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
Responsible for monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock movement, and controlling costs across F&B and operational supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock records (receiving, issuing, returns).
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyze cost reports (food, beverage, operational supplies).
- Set par levels and reorder points to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Work with procurement to negotiate pricing and verify deliveries.
- Identify and reduce wastage, theft, or inefficiencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Accounting, Supply Chain, or Hospitality Management.
- 2–4 years experience in stock control, preferably in F&B.
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
