SITE SUPERVISOR

DAR ES SALAAM

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Geoscience/environment, Science (preferably Chemical/Process or Mechanical) Petroleum & mining) with Health and Safety Knowledge.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 2 years working experience in HSSEQ management/supervision in petroleum industry or manufacturing.

• Proficient in using MS Project and other relevant engineering and administrative software

Skills / Attributes:

Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate HSSEQ policies, procedures, and guidelines to all levels of the organization.

Leadership Abilities:

Capacity to lead HSSE initiatives, motivate teams, and foster a culture of safety and compliance.

Risk Management Skills:

Proficiency in identifying, assessing and mitigation risks associated with health, safety, security and environmental factors.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of technical aspects related to electrical, mechanical and civil disciplines.
