Your Next Career Opportunity – P3 | Senior Spare Parts and Logistics Management Analyst- International

The Senior Spare Parts and Logistics Management Analyst- International is responsible for overseeing the management, procurement, and distribution of Project equipment plus spare parts and logistics activities to support SBA’s network infrastructure. This role ensures timely availability of critical equipment, optimizes inventory levels, and drives efficient logistics processes across all projects and operational sites, with a focus on warehouse to site, site to warehouse, inter-site transfer, coordination with all vendors, asset tagging, record management in Site One, and comprehensive warranty management.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain inventory control systems for all Power and tower-related parts, including oversight of WH to site, Site to WH, and inter-site transfers between tower locations to ensure optimal allocation and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate forecasting, ordering, and replenishment of equipment parts to minimize outages and maintain operational continuity.
  • Manage Spare inventory in collaboration with SMPMS (Spare Parts Management System) vendors, ensuring seamless integration, tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions for discrepancies.
  • Establish and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and delivery.
  • Plan and oversee the transportation and distribution of equipment including spare parts to various tower sites and warehouses, including inter-site transfer logistics.
  • Optimize logistics routes and schedules to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
  • Manage third-party logistics providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all logistics operations.
  • Oversee end-to-end warranty management for all spare parts, from initial procurement through installation, usage, claim processes, and replacement.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to resolve warranty claims, track warranty periods, and ensure timely closure of warranty cases.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warranty-related activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline spare parts and logistics processes and implement best practices, with special attention to spare transfers and warranty workflows.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, logistics performance, warranty claims, and cost analysis for management review.
  • Support the reporting and compliance of asset management through SBA approved inventory and logistics management systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and train logistics and warehouse staff internally, Build vendor, and SMPMS vendor resources on equipment and spare parts management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional logistics of equipment during critical operations, such as emergency repairs or network upgrades.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in critical infrastructure equipment and spare parts management and logistics coordination, preferably in the telecom or infrastructure sector.

  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
