JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:

To lead and optimize multi-department operations across a large manufacturing or industrial site, driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and long-term performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set site strategy aligned with corporate goals (capacity, cost reduction, automation, sustainability).
• Oversee multiple managers (Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Quality, HSE, Warehouse).
• Manage site P&L, budgets, and capital projects (equipment upgrades, new lines).
• Drive a culture of operational excellence and zero harm (safety first).
• Liaise with sales, supply chain, and finance for monthly S&OP reviews.
• Develop succession plans and leadership training for site personnel.
• Benchmark site performance and implement best practices from other sites.
• Represent the site during internal and external audits (ISO, regulatory, customer).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt strongly preferred.

Experience:

• 12+ years in manufacturing leadership, with at least 5 years as a Site Manager or Deputy Site Manager in a medium-to-large facility (150+ employees).

Competencies:

• Strategic thinking and change management.
• Financial literacy (budgeting, CAPEX, P&L).
• Strong stakeholder communication and crisis management.
