JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:

To oversee all operational activities across multiple sites or a very large single site, including production, supply chain, engineering, quality, and HSE, to achieve business targets efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate operations strategy across departments and sites.
• Set and track KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, safety, morale) for each operational unit.
• Drive continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S) at enterprise level.
• Manage annual operating budgets and approve major expenditures.
• Collaborate with HR for workforce planning, talent development, and industrial relations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Lead major incident investigations and implement systemic fixes.
• Report to executive leadership on operational performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (MBA required or strongly preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.

Experience:

15+ years in operations/manufacturing, with at least 8 years in senior leadership (Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or Site Manager) overseeing multiple departments or multiple sites.

Competencies:

• Systems thinking and strategic agility.
• Negotiation and influence across functions.
• High resilience and ability to drive change in complex environments

Level of Education: bachelor degree
