JOB DETAILS:
The Senior Manager Special Assets Management & Recovery, reporting to the Chief Manager – Special Assets Management & Recovery, leads the Collection and Recovery Sub-unit to manage non-performing loan portfolios (SME, MSE, and consumer loans). Responsibilities include maximizing collections, reviewing delinquent loans, ensuring compliance with recovery processes, and liaising with stakeholders such as branches, clients, and government institutions. Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Risk Management, Actuarial Sciences, or Insurance, with 16 years of experience in credit operations. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills in English and Swahili are required, along with TCB’s core values.
