We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Security Manager to:
•Oversee daily security operations
•Lead and motivate our security Team
•Maintain top level security protocols
Requirements:
3+years in hotel/resort operations
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
English fluency (Swahili is a plus)
