Background
The School HR & Admin Officer will manage all campus human resource and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations of the school campus.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage campus HR and administrative operations. Coordinate recruitment, staff onboarding, and attendance management. Maintain staff records and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with school policies and labour laws. Supervise Maintenance Manager, Transport Manager, Matron, Plumber, Electrician, Drivers and Support Staff. Coordinate staff welfare and disciplinary matters. Ensure proper administration of school facilities and services. Prepare HR and administration reports. Support implementation of school operational policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or related field. Minimum of 2 years working experience in HR and administration. Strong leadership and communication skills. Computer literacy and report writing skills. Ability to work under minimum supervision. Qualified teacher with Diploma in Education or teaching qualification will be an added advantage. Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
