Our software development company is seeking to hire a Sales & Project Coordinator to support the execution of client projects and drive sales initiatives. This role involves coordinating communication between clients and technical teams, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking project timelines, and assisting in client relationship management.
Position Level: Entry Level
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
- Coordinate sales meetings, product demos, and follow-up communications.
- Support project tracking, documentation, and scheduling.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Work with the technical team to understand project scopes and relay accurate information to clients.
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects and flag delays or risks.
- Maintain CRM and project management tools with up-to-date data.
- Help in identifying new sales opportunities and tracking leads.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities and project status.
- Participate in internal team meetings and planning sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in sales and project management
