JOB DETAILS:

Inno Fleet Limited is a fast-growing leader in the transport and fleet technology sector. We provide smart GPS tracking, car rental, and fleet management services across Tanzania and beyond.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and help promote and sell our GPS tracking and fleet management solutions to individuals and companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Promote and present GPS tracking & fleet solutions
• Engage and retain customers through excellent relationship management
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
• Prepare and submit reports and sales forecasts
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Handle client inquiries and provide after-sales support

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience (preferably in tech/logistics/fleet)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly
• Familiarity with GPS or fleet management is an added advantage
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields
