Role Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Tourism, Sales & Marketing or any related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales/IT systems.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Safari/Tourism sales and marketing.
