Sales Representatives (9 Positions)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales leads, pitching products, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires aggressive marketing skills to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure consistent growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
