Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or business development

Age Requirement: Above 25 years

Location: Dar es Salaam

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential corporate and residential clients to sell guarding and electronic security services.

Sales Presentations: Conduct site visits and deliver professional presentations to explain our security products and service packages.

Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and encourage referrals.

Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking targets and conversion rates for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of active sales experience (experience in the security or service industry is highly preferred).

Age: Must be over 25 years old.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and “closing” skills.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet targets.
• Fluent in Swahili and English.
