Background
The Sales & Marketing Manager will work closely with the Executive Team, Front Office Department, and Reservations Office to drive business growth and maximise revenue across all market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and leisure clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase hotel occupancy.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimise revenue performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
