Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with showroom customers, architects, contractors, and walk-in clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations that align with project requirements and company offerings.
  • Promote and sell ABC Emporio Tanzania products including tiles, sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, and interior solutions while ensuring excellent product knowledge and professional presentation at all times.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by following up on leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate with internal teams such as stock and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, update customer databases, and provide regular sales reports to management while contributing to overall showroom performance and growth strategies.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident and presentable, and demonstrate strong negotiation and closing abilities. Experience in working under pressure and meeting sales targets is essential, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and POS systems. The candidate should be highly customer-focused, proactive, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
