Background

Malaika Wildlife Resort is seeking passionate, reliable and service-oriented professionals to join its growing team in Dodoma. The resort brings together wildlife tourism, accommodation, food and beverage services, sports, recreation and events. Applicants should demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, integrity, excellent customer service and commitment to wildlife conservation.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the resort. Coordinate accommodation, food and beverage, wildlife, sports, maintenance and guest services.
• Develop budgets, revenue targets and operational plans.
• Monitor service quality, staff performance and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with tourism, wildlife, health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least five years of hotel, resort or tourism management experience.
• Strong leadership, financial management and problem-solving skills.
