Job Summary:

We are seeking two detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agents to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing travel bookings, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience from inquiry to confirmation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on travel packages, destinations, accommodation, and transportation options.
• Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations efficiently using our booking system.
• Advise clients on travel requirements, including visas, health regulations, and safety protocols.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving sales targets.
• Liaise with travel partners, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and confirm bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client communications.
• Resolve client complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends and destination knowledge to offer the best advice.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Reservations Agent or Travel Consultant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
