• 5 or more years of experience working in any of the above positions in the Hospitality Industry
• Advanced diploma
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to offer exceptional customer service.
• Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to resolve clients’ issues promptly.
