JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

The Reservation Agent handles booking inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accuracy and maximizing occupancy/revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations using PMS/CRS.
• Provide information on rates, packages, and promotions.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to enhance revenue.
• Coordinate with front office and sales teams for group bookings.
• Maintain guest profiles and payment details securely.
• Assist with post-booking follow-ups (confirmation emails, special requests).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (hospitality certification preferred).
• Prior experience in reservations/customer service.
• Familiarity with PMS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and GDS systems.
• Strong phone etiquette and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
