Digipesa is looking for two motivated and results-driven Relationship Officers (Sales & Collection) to join our growing team. If you are passionate about customer engagement, sales performance, and financial services, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Drive sales of company products and services
• Follow up on customer accounts and ensure timely collections
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and/or collections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of financial services is an added advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
