JOB DETAILS:
Background
DCB Commercial Bank PLC is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Relationship Officer, Business Banking (13 posts). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business banking clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business banking customers.
- Identify and onboard new business clients to grow the bank’s portfolio.
- Assess credit worthiness and prepare quality credit proposals.
- Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business banking or relationship management within a financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and banking products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
