JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our sales operations in the building materials sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and motivate sales teams across the assigned region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for building materials products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in building materials (sanitary ware, tiles, ceramics,paints, etc.).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
