Job Summary:

The Regional Operations Manager oversees all operational activities within an assigned region, ensuring efficient service delivery, driver management, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations within the region, including scheduling, routing, and dispatch.
• Supervise regional staff, including drivers, supervisors, and dispatch officers.
• Monitor regional performance against targets and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare regional operational reports and budgets.
• Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Customer Care) as needed.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in transportation or logistics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
