About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Reflexologist to provide professional reflexology treatments that promote relaxation, wellness, and overall client wellbeing while delivering exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand health concerns and treatment needs.
- Provide professional reflexology treatments in accordance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records.
- Educate clients on wellness practices and treatment plans.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, safe, and properly prepared.
- Promote additional wellness services where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and client confidentiality.
- Comply with health, safety, and professional practice guidelines.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Reflexology, Massage Therapy, or a related wellness discipline.
- Valid professional certification where applicable.
- Relevant experience in reflexology or therapeutic massage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a caring attitude.
- Knowledge of holistic wellness practices is an advantage.
