Job Summary:

Serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and reservations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and manage front desk operations.
  • Process bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Handle guest queries and provide information.
  • Manage phone calls and emails.
