WE'RE HIRING

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates and budgets.
• Prepare tenders, evaluate bids and support contract negotiations.
• Verify site work and contractor payment claims.
• Value variations and track project expenditure.
• Prepare cost reports, cash-flow forecasts and final accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years' quantity surveying experience in building or civil construction.
• Commercial, retail or fuel station experience is an advantage.
• Professional registration (SIZ / EIZ) preferred.
• Strong Excel, BOQ and estimating skills; able to read AutoCAD drawings.

Level of Education: associate degree
