Provision of Car Rental Services for Coffee Project in Mbozi District, Songwe Region Tender at Good Neighbors 

1. Good Neighbors has set aside funds during the financial year 2025. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for Provision of Car Rental Service for Coffee project in Mbozi-District, Songwe Region.
2. Good Neighbors Tanzania (GNTZ) Invites interested bidders in provision of Car rental service to Coffee project in Mbozi-District, Songwe Region. This Invitation for Bid is open to suppliers who meet all legal, technical, and financial requirements. *Existing or previous vendors who have provided services to GNTZ shall be subject to a review of their past performance as part of the evaluation process
3. Bidders may request clarifications regarding the bidding document up to five (5) days before the bid submission deadline, between 08:00 AM and 04:00 PM, Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).*Requests must be sent via email to HOlogistics@goodneighbors.or.tz
4. Tenders must be submitted online on or before 29th December 2025 [04:00PM]. The tenders will be opened on the same day, immediately following the submission deadline.
5.  All submissions must be made electronically through the Good Neighbors Tanzania E-Procurement System.
