Descriptions
We are seeking a person to execute mobile brand experiences and sampling campaigns that build brand awareness and trial across Tanzania through strategic deployment of promotion assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop quarterly national tour plan for promotion truck aligned with cluster priorities
- Execute sampling and promotional activities at high-traffic locations nationwide
- Manage promotion truck logistics, maintenance, and branding
- Train and manage promotion teams (brand ambassadors) for each activation
- Coordinate with cluster teams to maximize local impact of tour stops
- Ensure safety and compliance of all mobile promotions
- Capture prospect data and measure campaign impact
- Manage promotion inventory and budget for mobile activations
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in event management or mobile promotions
- Valid heavy vehicle driving license (Class C or above)
- Mechanical basic knowledge for truck troubleshooting
- Strong logistical planning and execution skills
- Ability to lead teams in field conditions
- Willingness to be on road 80% of time
