Engen Petroleum (Tanzania) Limited is looking for high caliber individuals who aspire to build a career within Engen in the following positions:
Projects and Retail Engineer
JOB KEY PURPOSE: To ensure all Engen facilities and machinery are well maintained and in good working condition, and to abide with Engen standards and procedures with regard to all engineering, construction projects and/or routine maintenance works.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and drive Engen engineering strategy.
• Direct supervision of all engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance of HSEQ standards and country lawys.
• To manage resources and capex within approved limits.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• A graduate in Engineering with a Project Management background.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
• A good communicator and a result-oriented person.
