Background.
Railway Children Africa (RCA) is an NGO registered in Tanzania, NO: 001563 with over ten years working in Africa as an affiliate of our parent organization Railway Children UK. At Railway Children, we are committed to the safeguarding and protection of all those who come into contact with us a our work. We follow a range of procedures to ensure that only those who are suitable to wo: k with children and vulnerable people are recruited to work for us. Qualifications.
You will have at least two years’ experience working in a similar role, preferably in development organization with proven track record in project service delivery and support. You will also have demonstrated understanding of project management, child protection and safeguarding processes and can handle sensitive and confidential issues with tactic diplomacy. Most importantly you will have the passion and drive to make ö difference to the lives of children living and working on the streets.
