Role Overview:
The Product Team Lead is the "CEO of the Product." You manage the product managers and guide the vision. You ensure the roadmap is prioritized correctly to deliver maximum business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product team (PMs and POs) to execute the roadmap.
- Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
- Facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Define OKRs for the product verticals.
- Ensure user research is conducted and data is used to inform decisions.
- Mentor junior product staff.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in Product Management.
- 2+ years managing a team.
- Strong technical understanding (can speak API, DB, and Frontend).
- Proven experience launching successful tech products.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
