Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and organized Procurement and Supply Officer to manage our purchasing activities. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality goods—from fresh produce to linens—at the best possible cost. Your passion for excellence will ensure our operations run smoothly without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase supplies, equipment, and services as requested by various departments (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable local and international suppliers.
• Conduct regular market research to compare prices, quality, and availability of items.
• Ensure all purchased goods meet the high-quality standards expected in the hospitality industry.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize waste while ensuring stock availability.
• Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts for accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of supply chain best practices.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage (knowledge of food & beverage suppliers, hotel equipment, etc.).
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
• High ethical standards and a passion for cost optimization without compromising quality.
