QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Commerce or Engineering.

CPA, ACCA, CFA or a pricing certification strongly preferred; MBA an advantage.

Experience across more than one business model:

• Franchise/distribution.
• Parts and labour services.
• Leasing.
• Financial services.
• Platforms.

Proven ability to build and implement margin-floor or pricing-governance frameworks.

Strong financial modelling, policy drafting and committee governance skills.

Ability to use approved AI tools for analysis and policy work, and verify outputs against source data.

EXPERIENCE

10+ years in pricing strategy, commercial finance or product and portfolio management, including policy design for a multi-business group.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
