A global leading construction company, invites applications from suitable qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professionals to join its construction team for ongoing projects in Masumbwe, Geita, Tanzania.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant hands-on experience in the position applied for, preferably on road, bridge, or major civil construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise construction activities and manage site personnel effectively.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with an international construction company will be considered an added advantage.
