POS AGENT (6 POSTS)

A. Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive payments from patients and hospital clients through POS machines.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service during payment transactions.
• Prepare and submit daily transaction reports.
• Safeguard POS machines and other working equipment.
• Report any POS machine malfunctions to the relevant supervisor.
• Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by the employer.

B. Qualifications

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Must be aged between 18 and 35 years.
• Must have completed at least Ordinary Level Secondary Education (Form IV) or higher.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must have good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be trustworthy, hardworking, and disciplined.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or POS-related work will be an added advantage.

CONTRACT TERMS

• Employment will be on a six (6) month Volunteer Contract, renewable upon expiry.
• Successful applicants will be required to comply with all terms and conditions of the volunteer contract.
• The Hospital reserves the right to terminate or not renew the contract based on service needs and individual performance.
