Job Summary:
Assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and offer general support to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escort guests to rooms and carry luggage.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Assist with valet parking and shuttle services.
- Handle guest requests and deliver items to rooms.
- Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.

- Good knowledge of the local area.
- Previous porter or bellhop experience is a plus.
