The Roads Fund Board ERFB) is a Government Institution under the Ministry of Works, Transport and Communication established by the Road and Fuel Tolls Act, CAP 220.

JOB DETAILS:
The Board invites applications from suitably qualified Tanzanians to fill the following vacancies.

DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist in preparation of performance agreements between the Roads Fund Board and the implementing Agencies;
  
• To assist in reviewing progress reports from implementing Agencies and assess their compliance with performance agreements;
  
• To assist in conducting monitoring of the implementation of road works by the Implementing agencies;
  
• To assist in preparation and implementation of strategic plan:
  
• To assist in reviewing operational plan, budget and action plan of implementing agencies and advice accordingly:
  
• To participate in designing work, cost estimations and hill of qualities during tendering process of any engineering works in the Board;
  
• To ensure that applicable standards and regulations in executing engineering works are implemented:
  
• To participate in coordinating and carry out specified routine technical taslcs which require a higher degree of technical knowledge and skills;
  
• To assist in preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly reports of Roads Fund Board; and
  
• To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
  

QUALIFCCATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Bachelor's Degree (B5c.) in Civil/Highway Engineering or related field From a recognized institution and must be registered with the Engineers Registration Board (EBB) as Professional Engineer and must have worked as an Engineer for not less than four years.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
